At Brewtiful Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a small business, we will provide you the best solution we can.
Coffee Beans & Loose Leaf Teas (All sales final)
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans and loose leaf teas, we do not accept returns on these products.
However, if there is a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damaged), please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of the issue, and we will resolve your request promptly with a replacement or store credits (no cash refund).
Branded Merchandise (All sales final)
Return Window: As all branded merchandise are considered customized items, we can't accept returns.
However, if there is a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damaged), you may return branded merchandise within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We will only process the return request after the inspection of the returned products.
Exchanges: As all products are print-on-demand, we won’t be able to exchange any item.
Other issues: Please contact us for return requests if other unusual issues occur.
Return Process

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days in a form of store credit.
